This position leads any encounter determined to be necessary for growth and progress of the guild. On raids his word is above all others and unquestionable.

Assistant Raid Leader
This position is responsible for disseminating information passed on to him by the Raid Leader. While the raid is setting up, this person does any task assigned to him by the RL. All communication necessary to the success of the raid goes through him rather than directly to the RL. This position will also serve as RL when needed.

Strategies and Tactics
This position is responsible for researching new encounters and disseminating that information both on Raids, Officers forum, and the appropriate Members forum. This person will be responsible for assisting the RL and ARL if specific groups need to be set up. The person is responsible for knowing the keying and flagging procedures, raid positioning, AEs’, procs, and critical resists for any encounter we have or will face in the near future.

Treasurer/Main Looter
This position maintains the guild bank, is the focal point for gear and other items donated to the guild, and distributes items as needed. Guild loot and plat is given to this Officer at the end of each raid. The person will be ML and run bids and rolls for each raid. If not present at a raid, another Officer will be designated for these tasks. This person should have empty bags at the beginning of each raid. At the end of a raid this person will sell the vendor trash and bank the plat and loot not sold.

DKP
This is the single most important position to the guild Members. The position will update the DKP site after every raid and must be available to have raid dumps emailed if not in attendance. The person must be available to answer Members’ questions and concerns about DKP awarded and spent. This person will work with the Historian to ensure that they have all the raid information necessary.

Recruitment
This position will check for new applications daily, interview new recruits, and post the results of the interview on Officer Forum. The person will work with Web Admin to maintain recruit polls. The position is also responsible for working with RL to organize PoP open raids or other events to promote the guild.

Historian
This position records all raid information including targets, loot (and winners), screen shots, attendance, dates and who was raid leader(s). The person works with the Web Admin to keep the home page and scrapbook up to date and with the DKP Officer to provide loot information.

Member Relations
This position is primarily responsible for maintaining good communication in the guild. This includes: 1) Recording (logs) all discussions related to policies and decisions made by the Officers and providing a summary on the Officer Forum when necessary; 2) Updating the Policies section on the website; 3) Notifying Members of important policy changes on the forum; and 4) Arbitration with Members who have issues with each other or guild policies.
